Built for a municipal client as general corporate prioritization software. One configurable criteria framework covers IT project prioritization, risk, capital projects, budget business cases, and grants. Eligibility and strategic-plan alignment are checked automatically. An AI judge scores the submission and notes the delta from the submitter, then the package goes to committee or the internal downstream user.
